Early Check-In and Late Check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy.
RATES
The Rates are inclusive of 8% GST. It is subject to change without notice. There is an additional RM3.00 per room night Local Government Fee and RM10.00 per room night Tourism Tax (TTX) for non Malaysians, both are payable upon check in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit of MYR100.00 per night will be collected upon check-in for incidentals, in addition to full payment of room. Cash security deposits will be refunded upon check-out provided that there are no outstanding balance and no damages to rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds for any cancellation or amendment less than 7 days prior to check in date. In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY PER ROOM
Maximum capacity for overnight stays in all rooms except the Family Room are strictly limited to 2 pax, while Family Rooms are limited to 3 pax. Additional guests may stay in the room until 10pm latest. Total capacity for any and all rooms are strictly limited to 4 pax at any one time.
The Leith management team reserves the right to halt any and all activities that are in breach of the terms and conditions stated above.
PHOTOSHOOT
Photoshoots involving the use of any lighting/large props/heavy duty equipment are strictly forbidden without the written permission of The Leith.
The Leith reserves the right to halt any photoshoots that are in breach of this term.
The Leith reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the The Leith website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
